About Our Courses

Are the courses completely online?

Yes! All of our courses are 100% online and on-demand. You can start immediately after registration and complete the training at your own pace from any device with internet access.

How long do I have to complete the course?

You have unlimited time to complete your course. There are no deadlines—work at your own pace and your progress is automatically saved.

What if I fail a quiz or test?

You can retake any quiz or test as many times as needed at no extra charge. We want you to succeed and feel confident in your skills.

Certifications

Are your certifications nationally accepted?

Yes. Our courses are compliant with ECC/ILCOR/AHA guidelines and are widely accepted by employers, state boards, and professional organizations across the United States.

How do I receive my certificate?

Upon passing your final exam, you can immediately download and print a digital certificate. We also mail a professionally printed wallet-sized card at no additional cost.

How long is my certification valid?

CPR and First Aid certifications are typically valid for 2 years from the date of completion. We’ll send you a reminder email when it’s time to recertify.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund if you have not started your course. Once you begin the training content, we cannot offer refunds. Please contact us if you have any concerns before starting.
